We can cooperate only with artists who are ready to bring the artworks themselves, unpack & repack the artworks for and after the show, and will not leave the packing material at our location.
This measure is for your and our safety, as this is the way you can meet the curator face to face, as well as the artworks' physical state and well-being is under control.

Sizes & materials
Definitely no materials or techniques are banned from the show. However, here are some tips for you to consider for the highest safety and best experience with the expo:

We do not recommend artworks that break easily. Thus, the artworks made of papier-mache and similar materials will not be absolutely safe
-
3D artworks with massive outstanding parts should also be considered not safe at the expo
Also note that small and medium-sized artworks fit the venue the best. Therefore, we accept only artwork with a maximum size of
24" x 24"

Money prize
On Manhattan Special Show we announce a money prize for 1 artwork that the jury shall consider the Best of Show. Only artworks that made their way to the physical exhibition are eligible for this award.

on December 4 or 5, 2025
10AM - 4PM
and should be brought by the artists or their representatives in person.
Also note that the artworks should be unpacked on the spot, and the packaging should be taken away.

Please be informed that the Open Call is an art contest. This means your artworks undergo a jury that decides whether the artworks are eligible for the physical or online exhibitions.

The Open Call fee is the administrational fee for running the jury and is not refunded to those artists who do not get their art exhibitied.

The submission and shipping deadlines are strict deadlines. Please be informed that exceeding the deadlines might mean your artworks will not make it into the jury and will not be chosen for show. Exceeding the deadline on the artist's side does not make the artist eligible for refund.
