6. Issues and Mistakes in Certificates:
The Golden Duck Gallery strives to ensure the accuracy of all issued certificates. However, should an artist identify any issues or mistakes on their certificate, they should report it as soon as possible.
Reports can be made in person at the reception desk of the gallery or via email to our support team at support@goldenduckgallery.com. In their report, artists should clearly describe the issue or mistake found on the certificate.
Artists have a period of ninety (90) days from the date of certificate issuance to report any discrepancies. Requests for reissuance after this 90-day period may be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a separate agreement with the gallery.
The reissuance of corrected certificates will be provided free of charge to the artist, regardless of the number of corrections required.
If a physical certificate needs to be corrected, the Golden Duck Gallery will print and send the corrected certificate to the artist via postal mail at the gallery's expense.
If the error is on the digital certificate, a corrected version will be reissued and made available to the artist through the original link or a new link provided via email.

Any requests for exceptions or modifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Golden Duck Gallery.
