After earning a degree in Information Studies and Librarianship and working briefly in the IT field, I rediscovered my creative voice during maternity leave. What began as a form of self-care led me first to amateur theatre and later — when the pandemic brought live performances to a halt — to painting.nnI immediately felt that I had found my ikigai, a deep sense of purpose. As a homeschooling mother of four, I am surrounded daily by the creativity and spontaneity of children. Their fearless and intuitive drawings inspire me to embrace imperfection, freedom, and playfulness in my own work.nnI paint mainly with watercolor, acrylics, ink, and mixed media. Flowers are at the heart of my practice — not only as a visual motif, but as a metaphor for quiet strength, beauty, and renewal.
